You can only unsubmit forms that have not yet been downloaded. Teachers and other recommenders can unsubmit their evaluation forms. Counselors can unsubmit all forms except for the fee waiver form, early decision 1 form, and early decision 2 form.

If I made a mistake and the form has already been downloaded by a college, how do I have that corrected? Common App is not able to make updates to any downloaded forms. If a form has already been downloaded by the college, you should reach out to the college directly to get guidance on how to send them an updated school form.
